Important Financial
Aid Dates

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opens each year on October 1. Fill out your FAFSA after you apply for admission to find out what types of financial aid you can be offered.

April 1 is the priority submission date, but you can submit your FAFSA application even earlier. The sooner your FAFSA application is submitted, the better your chances are to qualify for free grant money – and, the sooner you’ll hear back from the University of Arizona, Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid with your financial offer.

Merit Tuition Scholarship Deadlines

You may also qualify for a merit-based tuition scholarship based on your academic performance. Each scholarship has its own eligibility requirements and deadlines. 

To qualify for scholarship consideration, you must submit your complete application for admission by May 1, 2024.

Scholarship Universe

Non-federal aid and other scholarships are also available to future students. Paying Tuition

Tuition is paid through the University of Arizona Bursar’s Office. After you’re admitted and have enrolled, you can access your account balance through UAccess. Visit the Bursar's website for specific tuition dates, deadlines, the last day to receive a refund, and more.
