Immunization Requirements:

The University of Arizona requires verification of measles/rubella immunity for all students born after 12/31/56. If you were born prior to 12/31/56 you are exempt. Immunization records need to be submitted to Campus Health prior to registering for classes.  Sending your records in before your orientation session will help ensure you are able to register while on campus.  For more information please visit the Campus Health Immunizations Requirement page.
