An application for undergraduate readmission is required if you attended the University of Arizona as a degree-seeking student in the past, and have missed at least one semester without receiving a formal leave of absence.

• 
If you enrolled for the last semester, then withdrew from The University of Arizona and received grades of WP or WF, or did not receive a 100 percent refund, you are eligible to register for classes for the next semester without being readmitted.
• 
If you enrolled for the last semester, then dropped all your classes prior to the 100 percent refund period and no class registration or grades appear on your record for that semester, you need to submit a regular degree-seeking application.
• If you enrolled for the last semester as a continuing UA student, then dropped all your classes prior to the 100 percent refund period and no class registration or grades appear on your record for that semester, you need to submit this readmission application.
