Starting in February: Notification letters will be mailed to students who have been awarded scholarships and/or federal student aid.
Residency Classification Rules

To qualify for the resident-status tuition rate, you must verify that your home has been in Arizona for at least one full year. There are exceptions. Go to registrar.arizona.edu/residency/residenc.htm for extensive information.
Proposition 300

Proposition 300, approved by Arizona voters in 2006, states that university students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or who do not have lawful immigration status, are not eligible to pay in-state tuition rates or receive financial aid that is funded or subsidized by the state.
