The University of Arizona has developed a Net Price Calculator to help you and your family estimate costs like tuition, fees, books, and living expenses. Estimate the cost of your UA education today, then see which types of aid and scholarships you are eligible for through the UA Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid.
To find out if you qualify for government aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form online as early as October 1. Because funding is limited, we recommend you fill out your FAFSA form between February 14 and March 1 to see what you automatically qualify for.

Loans are also a financing option, and may come from the federal or state governments, from the University, or from private sources. Loans require repayment over a set amount of time and generally are repaid with interest. Deadlines may vary.
We reward you for your hard work. Whether or not you are eligible for federal financial aid, you may also qualify for one of the following UA Academic Tuition awards. These awards are merit-based scholarships, each with their own eligibility requirements and deadlines.
All financial aid awards are divided into two equal disbursements. You will receive half in the fall term and half in the spring term unless otherwise noted. See this year’s requirements to make sure you have the most up-to-date information.
