International Student Cost
Cost To Attend The University Of Arizona
Before International Student Services (ISS) can issue your immigration document, you must show enough funding to cover the cost of tuition and fees, living expenses and the mandatory UA-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan.
The amounts listed below are only an estimate of what you will actually pay, based on funding requirements for the 2019-2020 academic year. Tuition and fees includes the $200 International Student Fee charged to F-1 and J-1 students each semester. The actual cost of tuition and fees may change, depending on your academic program, year, and special course fees.
The tuition and fees listed below are for UA Main Campus students. If you have been admitted to a distance campus (for example, UA South) please send us an email to find out the total proof of funding you are required to show.

In order to confirm enrollment at the University of Arizona, all new degree-seeking undergraduates must pay a one-time enrollment fee of $395 if you were admitted for spring 2020 or $425 if you were admitted for fall 2020. You can pay the enrollment fee via the Next Steps Center. The enrollment fee is separate from tuition and fees listed above. If you are not required to pay the enrollment fee, add $125 for the orientation fee in your first semester. If you will begin at the university as a first-year undergraduate student, add $10/semester for the first-year fee. To find out how much to add for program fees, use the Bursar’s Office Tuition and Fees Calculator. If you need to know the funding amount for less than one year, please email International Student Services.
