One of the biggest concerns students bring up to me about attending the University of Arizona is the sheer size of the institution. Many students possibly don’t know how they’ll fit in amongst the 40,000 other Wildcats on campus and don’t want to be lost in the shuffle. You may even be having the same concerns, wondering whether the UA is “too big”.
I’m here today to tell you that not only can you can find your place here at the University of Arizona but that you can absolutely thrive and find what you’re passionate about over the course of your college career as a Wildcat.
It is almost the end of the school year, both for high school and college students, and instead of feeling a sense of relief of being almost done with the semester, many students are instead filled with a sense of dread. Why? Because of one particular week entitled “Finals Week.”
To any high schoolers reading this I wish you luck on any finals, AP, IB, or standardized tests that you may be taking in the near future. Remember, once you finish them you are one step closer to coming to the UA!
